By assigning a number to every original language word, Strong made it possible for a layperson with no language experience to quickly find the word in his Hebrew and Greek dictionaries. While viewing the English text of the NASB Bible, just tap a Strong's number to view the dictionary definition of the original language word from which the English was translated (see screen shots). Just want to read the NASB Bible and not be bothered with all the numbers? Turn the numbers off and you've got the entire uncluttered text of the 1995 edition of the New American Standard Bible. But you can still do the searches described above, and the results will be highlighted in the English text. System RequirementsThe New American Standard Exhaustive Concordance requires approximately 7222KB RAM. (The NASB Bible with Strong's numbers is 4103KB, the Hebrew dictionary is 1879KB, and the Greek dictionary is 1240KB.) Download size is approximately 4326KB. Note that for older Windows CE 2.0 and 2.01 devices there is a built-in limit on the size of files residing in main memory. On these devices, the NASB Bible with Strong's numbers must be installed onto a storage card. Note also that these devices are incapable of displaying the Hebrew and Greek fonts used by this product.
