- Instant Find - Right-click on any word or phrase you see on the screen, choose "Find" from the menu and and you'll immediately see everywhere that word or phrase occurs. Select another Bible or reference book and search results are updated to show occurrences of the same word or phrase in the selected book.
- Boolean and wildcard searches - Find a passage even when you only remember a few words. Focus your search with Boolean operators including AND, OR, NOT and XOR (i.e. Jesus AND Peter; Saul OR Paul). Or use the asterisk as a wildcard in your searches (i.e. faith* finds faith, faithful, faithfulness, etc.)
- View in parallel - compare the NIV with other included translations side-by-side or view the New Bible commentary with the corresponding Bible verse. Bibles and books synchronize by verse (can be turned off).
- Enjoy instant cross-referencing - simply hover your mouse cursor over any Bible reference to instantly see the text of that verse. Or hover over any Strong's number to view definitions.
- Take notes - Add your own comments to any verse, or any passage in a reference book. Use straight text or HTML commands to add pictures, tables, images, maps, etc. Bible references in your notes are automatically linked to the Bible.
- Highlight - highlight Bible verses (or any passage in any book) with up to 16 colors, underline or strike-through. Use highlights in your searches.
- Set Bookmarks - Add a bookmark to any passage to make it easier to find later. Categorize bookmarks using any number of categories you define.
- Daily Bible reading - track your progress through the included Bible reading plans and daily devotionals. Instantly reschedule if you fall behind.
