DailyReader simplifies the reading of "Daily Reading Books" such as devotionals and "through-the-Bible" reading schedules. DailyReader keeps track of what you've read and is always ready to provide you with today's reading. For Bible reading plans, DailyReader shows you the list of verses to be read on any given day and, if you own MyBible, even the Bible verses themselves.

DailyReader is a "modular" system. That is, the DailyReader program is available separately from the Daily Reading Books. Once you have purchased and installed DailyReader and your first Daily Reading Book (Laridian Reading Plans are included with the program), you can add other books as it suits your interest. It is not necessary to purchase and install a second copy of DailyReader.

You'll feel instantly comfortable with DailyReader because it maintains the familiar format of printed devotional books on your Palm device, and is used in much the same way that you might use a printed book.

With a printed book, each day you would pick up the book, turn to the reading for that day, and read the devotional or inspirational reading. Then, when you've completed the day's reading, you might bookmark the page to indicate you've completed the reading.

With DailyReader, you'll open your Daily Reading Book each day and turn to the reading for that day. When you've completed the day's reading, you'll check the box that shows you've completed the reading. You can easily turn pages to see the next or previous readings, click on hyperlinks to read related Bible verses, and even open additional Daily Reading Books that you like to read from each day.

• Quickly turn to today's reading or the first reading you have not read.
• Leaf through the book by using Next/Previous options.

• Click on a Bible verse hyperlink to see the text for that verse (requires MyBible and a Bible, sold separately)
• Catch up—if you fall behind in your daily readings—so that no readings are missed.
• Start reading the book again at any time.
• Set a reminder so you remember to do your reading each day.

DailyReader is delivered with Laridian Reading Plans. Choose one of 7 reading plans and each day you'll see a list of verses that, if read faithfully, will help you reach your reading goal in the specified time period. Note that the text of the verses is not included, only the references for the verses to be read (i.e. "Genesis 1:1-2:25; Matthew 1:1-2:12; Psalm 1:1-6; Proverbs 1:1-6").

You can use this list to guide you through your printed Bible, or, if you own MyBible, you can just tap the reference and DailyReader will display the full text of the passage.
