MyBible NAS Exhaustive Concordance - 3BKNASEC02

Product Description

The New American Standard Bible (NASB) Exhaustive Concordance (NASEC) for use with MyBible 4 or later (program sold separately).

The NAS Exhaustive Concordance is actually three reference books in one:

  1. The complete New American Standard Bible (NASB) text with Strong's numbers lets you determine what Hebrew or Greek words underlie the the English words without actually having to know the original languages.
  2. The NAS Hebrew Dictionary lets you look up the definitions of Hebrew words by just tapping the word number in the NASB Old Testament.
  3. The NAS Greek Dictionary lets you look up the definitions of Greek words by just tapping the word number in the NASB New Testament.

Over 100 years ago, James Strong created a unique reference book: A list of every word in the Bible, including a list of every occurrence of every word, and the Hebrew, Aramaic, or Greek word from which it was translated in each case. By assigning a number to every original language word, Strong made it possible for a layperson with no language experience to quickly find the word in his Hebrew and Greek dictionaries.

Tap a Strongs number in the NASB New Testament to view the definition of the original language word from the Greek Dictionary. Tap a Strongs number in the NASB Old Testament to view the definition of the original language word from the Hebrew-Aramaic Dictionary. Toggle Strong's numbers "on" or "off" in the Bible as you like.

The MyBible NAS Exhaustive Concordance puts this power in the palm of your hand. While viewing the English text of the NASB Bible, just tap a Strong's number to view the dictionary definition of the original language word from which the English was translated (see screen shots). Every entry in the Hebrew and Greek dictionaries include:

  • The transliterated spelling (pronunciation)
  • The origin of the word
  • The definition of the word
  • A list of all the English words used (and the number of times each is used) in the NASB to translate this word

System Requirements

The NAS Exhaustive Concordance requires approximately 12MB RAM. (The NASB with Strong's numbers is approximately 5200KB, the Hebrew dictionary is 4106KB, and the Greek dictionary is 2617KB.)

Download size is approximately 6MB.

Requires the MyBible 4 Program or later (sold separately).
